BajaMak (at the technological frontier) 2011

October 13, 2011 will take place the sixth edition of BajaMak Industrial Expo, at Valle Bonito Industrial Park, Tijuana.
This expo has become an important space for the Maquiladora Industry in Northwest Mexico, first because is a space where potential suppliers are identified and second these suppliers can showcase their latest services and products.
At this edition are expected the participation of multinational companies with operations in Mexico and United States from different sectors such as: electronic, automotive, medical devices, aerospace, food and metal-mechanical industries, plastic, alternative energies, etc.
At the last year edition in 2010, BajaMak received more than 2,300 visitors, where new business opportunities where identified.
Beginning with the second edition BajaMak was awarded every year with the US Department of Commerce certification, as an accredited event that promotes bi-national business relationships at San Diego-Tijuana border region.
In order to that BajaMak will consider a special Pavilion for the US Government, where US-based transnational companies will participate as exhibitors, because of their interests in establishing new business relationships with local companies.
Since its first BajaMak edition, an important aspect was the inclusion of buyer manufacturing companies to the exhibition floor who showcase their supply requirements during the event.
At this edition are expecting 230 exhibitors and an attendance of 2,500 people.
