Mexicali Supply Expo 2014

The fourth edition of Mexicali Supply Expo was held on February 27, 2014, at the Palacio Industrial Park in Mexicali, Mexico.
At this Fourth Annual Exposition, Mexican Maquiladoras presented their needs on supply of inputs and services to potential national and international suppliers from Baja California, Mexico and from the U.S. states of California and Arizona.
Transnational corporations such as Honeywell Aerospace, Skyworks, Kenworth, Paccar, UTC, Johnson Outdoors, Newell Rubbermaid, Bosch, Gulfstream participated at the event.
The program included a day long exhibition, key note speakers from major transnational companies, free conferences presented by industry experts, a discussion panel with transnational corporation executives that gave details on the necessary requirements for regional companies to quote effectively with large manufacturing corporations; one-on-one business meetings between suppliers and manufacturing companies.
Transnational corporation experts talked about the common mistakes made by small and mid-size companies local companies when selling or quoting to big corporations manufacturing in Mexico.
The event covered some particular industry sectors such as the Renewable Energy, Plastic, Electronics, Medical, metalworking, automotive and aerospace sector, etc.
